Customer reviews express the opinions and experiences of the individual reviewers, not of Heavy Equipment Review Hub. We moderate reviews under our review policy but do not guarantee their accuracy. Ratings are mathematical summaries of published reviews and are not an assessment or endorsement by us.

By submitting a review or other content you confirm that it is your own truthful account, that you have the right to submit it, and that it complies with the review policy. • submit reviews on behalf of a dealer, its staff or its competitors, or in exchange for compensation;
• scrape, copy or republish the Site's content at scale without permission;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, design, logo, illustrations and code are owned by Heavy Equipment Review Hub or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reviews remain the intellectual property of their authors, licensed to us as described above.
